The first thing I liked was the finish. Although NYX categorizes In-Nude-Endo as matte, it looks softly luminous on my eyes rather than completely flat. The subtle sheen gives it visible dimension in natural light without looking heavy or glittery. It gives that “I did something” effect without needing three different shadows and a blending brush.
Application and texture
The texture is smooth and lightweight. It does not feel thick or sticky on my lids, and it gives you enough working time to blend before it sets. I usually tap it on with my finger, soften the edges, and leave it alone. You could probably use a brush if you wanted more control, but honestly, finger application is what makes this product useful to me.
I also like that it works as a simple one-product eye look. Some cream shadows look pretty at first but either disappear, crease, or look patchy once they dry down. This one gave me a more polished look without making my eyes feel weighed down.

The main downside is removal. You’ll want a proper makeup remover to take it off. I would not try to remove it with just soap and water, because that seems like it would be more irritating than it is worth, especially on sensitive eyes. Since it is long-wearing, it makes sense that it needs a little more effort at the end of the day.
